Introduction to ONEC’s Market Focused Teams

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are excited to announce that we have undergone an internal organizational restructuring!

ONEC’s new Organizational Matrix is now comprised of Market Focused Teams supported by our current Service Lines and Project Delivery functions. As a firm committed to growth and improved client understanding, this reorganization into Market Focused Teams will promote stronger knowledge in particular markets (including trends and developments) and promote our EPC&M services, enabling us to effectively meet the needs of our clients, no matter what industry they operate in.

Power and Utilities: This Market Focused Team will focus on all things power and utilities including coal to gas conversion projects, boilers, thermal-type projects, and other power-focused projects. This team will also lead projects involving water treatment facilities. Led by long-time owner and major projects manager Richard Holley, this team looks forward to serving existing and new clients within these industry sectors. 

Renewables, Chemicals, and Agriculture: This Market Focused Team will seek to execute our EPC&M services in the Green and Growing (Renewable, Chemical, and Agriculture) markets. Led by Keegan Lang and backed by years of experience and extensive expertise in each industry, this team is ready to help clients within these categories complete their projects on time and on budget. 

Oil and Gas: With over a century of combined team oil and gas experience, our Oil & Gas Market Focused Team, led by Neil Wong, will continue to foster ONEC’s pre-existing client relationships while actively pursuing new EPC&M opportunities within the LNG, oil and gas market. The Oil and Gas Team will also be approaching the market as a one‐stop‐shop ready to meet all of our clients’ project and maintenance needs. 

Commercial, Industrial, Metals & Mining: Introducing the Commercial, Industrial, Metals & Mining Market Focused Team! Led by long-time senior engineer Paul Spourghan, this team will continue serving our industrial clients and ensure we maintain the level of service that they have come to expect. The team will also seek to grow ONEC’s infrastructure and commercial portfolio and explore new opportunities within the Metals & Mining industries. 

Each of these Market Focused Teams will draw support and expertise from ONEC’s vast pool of internal engineering, construction, insulation, geomatics and survey, and scaffolding resources. These teams will continue to uphold our purpose to continually improve the industrial facilities of our business partners through effective project delivery, maintenance, and innovation.
