How did you get started in your career?
I first started with ONEC in 2015 when a contact of mine lined me up with a position as a labourer. I had just left university and intended to go back to working up north on a rig once it warmed up but ended up sticking around. I’ve now been with ONEC steady since 2018. I look after the local field and shop work. This includes planning projects, ordering material, coordinating manpower, overseeing project execution, and being the ONEC primary contact for many of the clients’ supervision, operations, and engineering personnel.

What do you like most about working at ONEC?
The best part of the work at ONEC is the people. I’m lucky to have some great coworkers as well as clients that I get to deal with every day.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I suppose it would be the ability to manipulate time. Would be nice to slow it down because it just flies by. You can never have enough of it with family and friends.

When you’re not at work, what do you most enjoy doing?
Getting to the mountains and spending time with my wife and daughter!
