With over 15 years of design experience for both new and existing industrial facilities, Janet is well-versed in panel layout and design, wiring diagrams, instrumentation loop diagrams, cable schedules, and lighting calculations. Also, Janet is accomplished with both AutoCAD and MicroStation for creating 2D engineering drawings.
Let’s get to know Janet a little better. Check out the Q&A portion of this Staff Spotlight below!
How did you get started in your career?

A long time – over a decade at this point!
What do you like most about working at ONEC?
ONEC is extremely flexible, which allows me to better balance my work and personal life.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
That’s a hard choice, but empathy! This would help me with patience and creativity!
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
Moving somewhere warm once I retire.
