Our experienced team completes projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality workmanship at all times. We ensure compliance with industry and safety standards and make every effort to minimize the environmental impacts of our work.
We also design and construct customized stand-alone products for specific industry needs.
Our Work
Unit 1 and Unit 2 Coal-to-Gas Conversion
.ONEC performed a coal-to-gas conversion on Unit 2 followed by Unit 1 the following year involving a new natural gas supply, installation of main gas elevation, ignitor, and burner valve skids, new fuel gas and vent piping, primary air fan motor, and other related equipment required to add the capability for the boiler to operate on natural gas.

Wellhead Piping Retrofits
ONEC provided the material, labour, NDE, hydrotesting, painting, and installation required to complete various wellhead piping retrofits to meet new end-user requirements, the design, piping, fabrication, and installation, carbon, stainless, and duplex piping, the wellhead building removal and installation, the replacement of ball valves with control valves, and the repositioning of an ESDV for reconfiguration, and other various repairs and modifications.

Trommel Replacement
ONEC performed the design, fabrication, demolition, and installation of a replacement trommel screen in the finishing circuit. To facilitate the removal of the existing trommel and installation of the new one, a specialized bridge crane system was developed to work within the existing building constraints that would suit the construction and provide future benefit to ongoing operations and maintenance of this equipment. Extensive modeling and analysis were completed to avoid the need for major building modifications for this project, which saved significant time and cost while shortening the construction schedule.

- C/W dual 7.5 ton indoor/outdoor overhead cranes
- 5 jib cranes
- 11 welding pods
