A project leader with over 17 years of experience, Jolene brings a wealth of expertise in bid management, proposal development, project execution, and client relations to her new role. With her keen attention to detail and strong communication skills, Jolene has supported the successful execution and delivery of many high-profile developments and is often credited with bringing the “human” factor back into engineering.

Her goal as Opportunities Manager? To drive business development initiatives to foster growth, promote unity and collaboration amongst ONEC’s various multidiscipline teams, and nurture client relationships. Jolene believes that every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact on others and that great teams are built on a foundation of trust, respect, and care.
